A baby murdered, other deaths of children and more had a big impact on him. While still a Police Officer, he is also a College Professor, Trainer and Author.

Drew Moldenhauer is our guest. He has 12 years of full-time Law Enforcement Officer experience with the City of Ramsey in Minnesota. He currently is part-time with the City of Osseo. Drew is a Law Enforcement Teacher at the Anoka STEP College. He also is Adjunct Professor at Concordia St-Paul University, Normandale Community College, Metropolitan State University, and Hennepin Technical College.

From his experience he co-authored the book How Smart Police Officers Use Situational Awareness to Improve Safety. Plus he is one of the founders and one of the instructors at Blue Ethos Specialized Training.
