He was a Police Officer at 19-years-old in Tallahassee Florida. Early in his career he frequently faced extreme stress and trauma. Michael A. Laidler is our guest. 

Michael talks about two of the many traumatic events that happened early in his career. He also discusses how he and other officers handled the effects of trauma, and how it impacted his life, shaped his law enforcement career decisions.
