After he was shot through an eye, his chances for survival were minimal and if he did Doctors doubted he would ever walk, or talk again. Retired Police Officer Aaron Pearson and Amanda Pearson talk about the incident when he was shot in the eye. They discuss their gratitude for excellent medical care, great support from the police department and divine intervention. Aaron and Amanda discuss their long and difficult road to get to where they are today and how they try to help others with their story.

John J. Wiley is a retired Police Sergeant turned radio personality. He has been a full time FM Music Radio DJ since 2005. In 2017 he founded the Law Enforcement Today Podcast, with the assistance of Robert Greenberg. Within a couple months a radio station heard an episode of the podcast and asked him to create a radio version, which he did. It has been syndicated since the Spring of 2017 and has numerous affiliate radio stations across the US.
