Black Hawk Down, Special Forces.  Helping Veterans And First Responders with Rock Music. We use our music to help raise money to help those in need. Brad Thomas, retired US Army Special Forces and rock musician is our guest. Life After Special Forces, He Uses Rock Music To Help Veterans And First Responders.

From the Battle Of Mogadishu, portrayed in the film “Black Hawk Down” and multiple deployments as a special forces operator, the demands and after effects. Brad tells his story of during and life after and how he manages the effects of the trauma. He also talks about his rock band "Silence and Light” and how they are using their music to help and actually raise money for non profits that help veterans and first responders.

John J. Wiley is a retired Police Sergeant turned radio personality. He has been a full time FM Music Radio DJ since 2005. In 2017 he founded the Law Enforcement Today Podcast, in a partnership with Robert Greenberg of Law Enforcement Today. The show is now named the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast.
Within a couple months a radio station heard an episode of the podcast and asked him to create a radio version, which he did. It has been syndicated since the Spring of 2017 and has numerous affiliate radio stations across the US.
