Sheriff’s Captain J.P. McMichael is our guest. He talks about responding to the Pentagon after the 9-11 terror attack. J.P. discusses the scene and how the effects from the trauma created havoc in his life and almost cost him his life. He talks about his recovery, his law enforcement career afterwards and how the PTS motivates him to help others. One of his passions is writing children's books, to help them deal with PTS in their parents, along with other childhood issues.

John J. Wiley is a retired Police Sergeant turned radio personality. He has been a full time FM Music Radio DJ since 2005. In 2017 he founded the Law Enforcement Today Podcast, with the assistance of Robert Greenberg. Within a couple months a radio station heard an episode of the podcast and asked him to create a radio version, which he did. It has been syndicated since the Spring of 2017 and has numerous affiliate radio stations across the US.
