His Son Was Killed By An Illegal Immigrant And Sanctuary Politicians Don't Care Enough To Listen. His son, 21 year old U.S. Marine, James Walden III was killed by an illegal immigrant, in a hit and run accident. James Walden states that the killer, an immigrant was in the Country illegally and he had many contacts with law enforcement before the incident. Had he been deported, his son would still be alive. To make matters worse, politicians in this sanctuary area don’t seem to care and won’t listen to him or others.
