Jon Becker

Jon Becker has spent the last four decades working to protect law enforcement and military operators. He is the founder and CEO of AARDVARK Tactical, a leading provider of tactical equipment and custom solutions, and PROJECT7, an armor manufacturer that provides purpose-built, scalable, and integrated tactical armor built to suit their operators’ unique mission needs.

Since founding AARDVARK at just seventeen, Jon Becker has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s top law enforcement and military units. This has provided him with opportunities to witness some of the most effective tactical leaders as they manage their teams and coordinate successful operations. As a business owner and industry leader himself, Jon Becker looks for opportunities to gain leadership lessons and insights in any situation. His desire to continue improving as a leader motivates him to share the lessons he has learned with others in the hopes of making us all better leaders, better thinkers, and better people.

His experiences working with effective tactical and military leaders prompted Jon Becker to launch The Debrief podcast. In each episode, he sits down with top military and law enforcement leaders to discuss leadership, training, and mission debriefs. Jon is also the author of the upcoming book Culture First: 9 Leadership Principles That Build Elite Teams.
